Each epicenter conducts baseline, midterm and endline evaluations based on a randomized household survey conducted by trained enumerators from outside the community. Survey data is collected using mobile devices, and analyzed by independent consultants. Quantitative data is supplemented by Qualitative data from focus group discussions, and together constitute a final evaluation, an example of which can be downloaded below.
